As a Judgment owner, you have the right to sell your interest in a Judgment to a third party professional to enforce and collect your Judgment. If your Judgment qualifies and is over $2,500.00, Action Collection Enforcement will purchase your Judgment in its entirety on a contingency basis. Our collection fee is based on a simple percentage of the money we collect from the Judgment Debtor. A higher percentage for more difficult cases. But if we are unable to collect on the Judgment, it costs you nothing. (Really)
